Auburn Indie Film Festival 2021

The Auburn Indie Film Festival brings student filmmakers together to share their work. Enough with the boring blockbusters. NMC believes student filmmakers have unique, funny, creative and thought-provoking stories to share with a wide and varied audience. We receive short film submissions from all student filmmakers. This year's event will take place April 17th, 2021.

****COVID-19 UPDATES**** 1/8/2021

The Auburn University New Media Club is closely monitoring the latest developments surrounding COVID-19.

As of now, the Auburn Indie Film Fest will be held in person for Auburn University students ONLY while following CDC guidelines. However, there WILL be a live stream of the AIFF available for all to watch as it occurs. We will continue to monitor the situation and update as needed. Regardless of location, the show will go on!

Submission Rules:

1. Your short film must be no longer than around 9 minutes (exceptions being made for exceptional films).

2. Submissions close: April 13, 2021

3. You must be in an accredited college or university.

4. No more than two submissions per person.
